What happened that got you banned:
idk it says spamming; the last thing i did was type /retry, then joined team, then left bc i didnt get in before the round started
guess it was auto ban

When you got banned: (We need dates, "last month", "2 years ago", etc won't cut it)
17.05.2021 (today) about 19:45 (~20 minutes ago)

ok so noty informed me i was banned for server advertising

basically we play "mixes" in the competitive community and since there are not a lot of active players we sometimes check public servers for people we know so we can ask them to join

thats what happened earlier today too but i didnt think it was related to the ban

i saw shada (who sometimes plays mixes) and asked him to join, then xsin (who is a mod apparently?) warned me and told me to stop;

well i did stop so i rlly dont understand why i got banned before i joined back on the server (also again: it says "spamming" as a reason wtf)

also since its clearly not allowed to ask people to play mixes on your server, i will not do it in the future and im sorry for having done it

would be nice if you could unban me soon since youre the only active pub server atm and i would be sad to lose challenger rank too

What Is Spam? Electronic spamming is the act of using electronic messaging platforms to send unsolicited messages (spam). Often, spam is advertising sent repeatedly for the same site.

Also, don't double/triple post.

You were temporarily IP banned for a day, this should give you time to think about what you have done, the U.S.G.N. ban is permanent, it will be removed when we see you improving your behaviour on the server.

Here's everything else I'll say about this is:

I've been playing this game for years and have never been banned on an EU server.
Before today I did not know it's forbidden to call players for mixes on your server, and now that I know this I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN.

(btw i usually join the losing team to balance out the teams; i also made the current player and weapon skins as well as some of the hats on your server and the dust tiles too xd)

If you think I'm the kind of guy to deserve to be banned and treated like a spammer or hacker or something idk what to tell you

I've already went over this, you're temporarily IP banned, and your Unreal Software Gaming Network ban will last for as long as your behaviour won't improve, you can easily get the Unreal Software Gaming Network ban revoked if you'll prove that you're willing to play by the rules, all of them.

You weren't banned for doing it once, you were banned for doing it multiple times.

simon If you're doing it privately, maybe execute command like !pm <id> to another player that you would like to. Advertising to players for joining mixes is strictly prohibited in FWS servers.

Mami Tomoe Perhaps he's asking to be unbanned immediately, not even for the temporary 1-day short ban.

I am late to the party unfortunately but it is very convenient how you cut out the parts of the logs where you were toxic towards me (Calling me retarded and a dumb fuck)
That’s also one of the reasons why you were banned, since not only did you stubbornly argue and try to justify breaking the server rules as you also insulted someone while doing so
