i play cs 2d like 3 hours per day but i quit this game in 2018 so i cant remamber my old usgn so i create new one i play 11 hours for now

i am assistant in Ruling clan roleplay server but its closed in 2017

i can speak english normally , my main language is turkish
Why are you applying for this position?
when i come server i see so much new player and dont know rules , freekill each other so i want to stop them and i see so much
swearing so i want to stop them .
