What happened that got you banned:
OldiceTube banned me for "ban evading". The truth is that I was first banned for annoying and I could somehow rejoin the server, hence I got banned for unauthorised rejoin. I accept the fact that he followed up the procedure he had to, but I did not know that I was banned at that moment, as I could rejoin ( with my usgn- the one that got banned). I think I was in a strange manner unbanned and OldTube banned me for evading. I think the time that has ceased, had an major influence on my behaviour. I stopped from wandering around the "staff's chat" with out having a purpose of putting questions, I also have come to the conclusion that I ruthelessly acted during the conversations with staff members , and therefore was punished consequently. I hope that you would be so kind to take my unbann application into consideration and give me a second chance. Thanks for alocating your leisure time to read this.

We all know that there's still a half of the old blabla in you, but you must prove you're worthy of being accepted.

You can't expect to be unbanned that soon, you've been toxic toward many moderators and also seen by an administrator. I mean, first of all, you should've fixed your friendship with oldicetube and the rest and apply afterwards, no one would ever be on your side with that behaviour.

I understand what you tried to point out , and I am fully aware of my mistakes, therefore I accept the consequences of my misconduct. However, I would be delighted whether the moderators would take into consideration giving me a second chance, after all I believe I have changed and they might be impressed to establish this aswell. The relation between me and oldIceTube has mend , he even wanted to unban me in his complex server ( - he meant doing this after unfairlt banning me for *ban evading* - however he never followed up his thought). We have never been enemies, we just had some *childish like* animosities. Besides , my actions were merely annoying rather innocent than harmful. Is not like I have used hack engines or abused of my power ( in the limit terms of a vip status offer). I do not demand for much , just for a second chance to prove my willingness to act in accordance with the rules. Thank you for the opportunity of expressing my thoughts, and also for your time. I am deeply disappointed with your lack of concern manifested towards the formum's users, as you did not even leave a comment on my application regarding the time I must wait for a decision to be mad nor informed me about my chances. I am also frustrated by the staff's behaviour. I keep asking myself why a guy like OldIceTube is keep being apreciated by this community after so many people reported him for abusing power. Besides, why was he even demoted from his position? - not for abusing power?- I regret the fact that I hoped to gain your understanding and your approval for a second chance , hence I do not want anymore to play in your server , even if you will unban me. You never respected your users, and furthermore, you were injustice not only towards me , but also towards everyone else, by accepting the unban application of the freekillers, abusers and so on ( You even let an abuser , who was demoted 2 times , to be again a moderator in this community ; I am talking about Sin , a player that just as OldTube acted undesirable. I can prove that he abused on me , he even once mutted me a day for no matter. I have the logs and also his appology that he made in order to leave this matter only to our knowledge.) I hope that this community will find a better path, better staff, better knowledge. Afterall, I was banned for annoyance ( I just overchatted with the staff in PM , and got banned. Nice job mods , ban a guy who can just aswell be muted , rather ignored, and let the abusers, freekillers , persist in what they do and also thrive.) This is my last comment on this community. I forgive all of your mistake, but I cannot take part in this community any more. Is not even a community, everyone is for him , no one can trust each other, everyone lies and disappoint others. I am not perfect, but I want justice, even if I my application was rejected, I would have been more happier than not receiving a verdict at all. *( I wrote this with uppercase letter because you should take notice of the major issue that has happened , as I could rejoin even though I was banned. I want to mention that I tried to rejoin - not to ban evade - just to see if I am perma ban or not)

Thank you for unbanning me, however, I do not believe I acted properly to deserve this. I am sorry for raging like that, I was just unable to manage my impatience anymore, as my previous unban application had no verdict. For this reason, I kind of forgot to behave and I said everything I felt about this situation. From now on, as I promised in my first post, I will not act childishly anymore.
