Here is an example of how to properly file a complaint:
Nickname: (the one you are most commonly known as)
U.S.G.N. ID:
Proof: (anything from a link to your application to other proofs of being accepted)
Problem: (which one of the problems above (if any) are you having?)

- didn't get your Server Moderator role on the forum.
- didn't get your Server Moderator role on the Discord server.
- didn't get your specified role on the game server.
- want to change your username (that appears near your U.S.G.N. in listplayers).
