Oh okay, so i have a LOT to write here.
1st: It's clear that you used the classical Staff application template, but is also clear that you copied and pasted my application too, you are not Re-Applying because you've never been Jmod.
2nd: We are asking for your total time on server, not your total time in cs2d...Go to server and say Rank, then take a screenshot of it.
3rd: Being V.I.P it's not any experience as moderator, moderating is very different from being a player with benefits.
4th: Your english is below average, sometimes i barely can understand you, and since you can't speak english properly i doubt you can read english too, so it will take you a time to learn the rules, tho this is not strictly True, since you can learn them from playing.
Though we desperatly need more moderators on server, i really don't think you are ready to be jmod
*You sometime break rules
*Sometimes you insult or freevote players when they kill you with reasons.
It might be my opinion, but my answer is a strict NO

I saw you a lot of times freevoting people because other Player do the same.

Even though those are blacklisted players, I have to agree with one thing:
He has no idea how to moderate the server, his English is lacking, and he (probably) rule breaks (I haven't actually seen in my eyes because he active during my timezone).

I had the mispleasure of playing with you twice, both of which you freevoted me after being given clear warnings to drop the weapon that I clearly heard you picking up (a Deagle), I gave you a 6-7 second Drop! and even issued a Last warning! (which you ignored) and for that I killed you, then you proceeded freevoting me and incentivating others to do the same.
You're childish, imature, your English skills are as lacky as your knowledge of the rules and you constantly break the rules.
Negative for anything and positive for get the fuck out.
