Sometimes I put a few drops of jalapeño hot sauce on a sandwich
Yes, yes, it may sound pretty damn disgusting, but actually it's AMAZING with the usual cheese & turkey you slap on your sandwich, I highly recommend

For my ideal sandwich I usually toast the bread with some butter beforehand then put in grilled cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, pickled olives and any type of meat that I have, usually chicken, liver or roasted beef. Mix some cold yoghurt with water, salt and mineral water for beverage or squeeze some lemon and pomegranate juice. Also jalapenos are amazing but grilled red peppers are 10x better.

Slice of bread, then mustard, then a slice of cheese, then mustard, then mayonnaise, then mustard, then fried salami, then mustard, then fried pepperoni, and mustard, topped off with another slice of bread and held together with a toothpick, and an olive on the toothpick.
