Hello there,
as round started i tried to reach to AWP in basement so i rad toward hospital , i was on my way then MasterkotPL started shooting me (off-screen shoot) and my hp decreased to 50-60,
so i went into hospital and then want to basement and got AWP, suddenly, MasterkotPL came to basement too and when he saw there is no AWP there started shooting me without warn or anything else and freekilled me.
i got freekilled so i sent a message to only online mod Iosef Dzhugashvili, so
i'm sorry for this big community that allow this kinda payers who even't don't know rules well to be jmod.

In my opinion
CT player must have asked sparrow to drop. If he didn't last warn or ask him to scan if he didn't last warn then,but killing T player for just picking up weapon it's not a reason to kill
I think from what sparrow said that the CT player didn't warn him from picking up weapon or pick = die something like that
And I think losef must had investigated more deeply by checking the logs or asking both players some questions to know who is guilty I would do that if I were him I hope that I helped
