There is too many players who don't know rules and break the rules. I want to stop them break the rules by giving knowledge about the rules. Unfortunately, some of them didn't hear me, so they keep breaking the rules. There is also smart rule breakers, who only break rules when there is no mod online or no one *nerd* witness the scene.
