Hello.
As KingShadow said, your english skills are bad, you should improve your skills.(You may ask why, because sometimes there appear moments, when you are alone in server and no one can help you with that, so, if you would have a good english, you can socialize with people, without fear.)
Your activity is good for JMod, also your behaviour is good, but you still need to improve things for it.
Good luck with your application.
Edit : Today, when I joined in jail, I saw you insulting someone "retard", as a moderator, your behaviour must be good for a good reputation, but with you here, we can't have it.
Apply after 2-3 weeks after you improve these things:
1. Improve your english skills.
2. Improve your behaviour.

As i know you are a good and active player, i didn't see you breaking any rule before, your English is understandable but the big deal here that you broke a forum rule which means that you didn't read them good also you have a lack of information, therefore i'm voting neutral tending to positive. try to read them carefully!

Your English is not up to our teams standard.
Also you complain a lot on the servers about things you consider rulebreaking which are actually not, your understanding of rules is just skimming the surface, but you can prove me wrong.
