What happened that got you banned:
Dear fella , I want to inform you about a tragically situation in which i have been involved by our very goood SMOD OldiceTube . He recently banned me for some unknowing reasons , one of them , from his perspective is " PROVOKING BEHAVIOUR" . I am asking myself :" Have I ever bothered him with any mislanguange or any flame content ? " , the answer is " No" . He is always telling me " Stop annoying me !" ,
but the only reason he is acting in this manner of freebanning innocent people is " jealousy" , maybe you shall not regard this thing as an enough evidence to support my unbann request , thus he never told me why i am banned or why he hates me. Every time he sees me , he starts the abuses , and the last time he banned me was in the last friday . In that particular day , he staff-killed me for not according health permision to a prisoner( but i let him to take medicine , instead of accepting that , he entried in the arena ...by himself ,, was not a compulsory action ") , and I replied to his abuse : " Idc about your abuses " , after this insignificantly affirmation , he told me " HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD U " , and banned me ... for 3 days ..
And today , at 20:00 , he came to California Jail and banned me .. for no reason .
When have you been banned : 17/6/2018 ..... 20:00 or 8 P.M .... on SUNDAY

i agreed with ~oldIceTube~ with his resolution cause he banned you cause you keep calling others some provoked words like kid/loser/abuser(to mods)..etc Negative |

Mister Kingshadow , I would appreciate if you won't take part in this *tribal* war , because your position is not in measure to justify your absurde affirmation , also review your annoying languange.
I do not accept to be banned by an abuser as OLDiceTube , who in my oppinion must be demoted . Administrators should rememorate that he was demoted 3-4 times from this plathforme and he is still activying.
I ired about this childish forum. Why they are banning innocent playerd , instead of hackers , abusers ...
Recently I saw a hacker , who was insulting the head-staff ( he always does this) , and no one banned.
You want to know the cause of this deliberate no punishment , well is simple : the hacker could ddos the servet
Returning to my unban application , I am disgusting about that smod , everytime I am around , he abuse on .
I JUST PLAY and he stars to freekill me and annoyint me . He never MUTE ME , he bans me .
WHY EVERYONE WHO IS ANNOYING/FLAMING THE STAFF GETS MUTE/KICK , AND I GET BANN.
IT'S THE THIRD TIME I GET FREEBAN THIS MONTH.
And yesterday he banned me for *Ban Evader* .
This imature player , banned me only for 3 days , and after i was able to come back to game , but he with a suprised mood said " Why are you here, you are banned"
HE UNBANNED ME , AND WAITED SO HE COULD CATCH ME IN GAME ,.. IN ORDER TO BAN ME .

I told you many times to ignore oldicetube and to not annoy him or something related.
Your behaviour towards me is good but....... you must solve your problems with oldicetube.
If you can solve your problems with oldicetube and say sorry to him, he is mature enough to understand things like that.
He will forgive you if you say that with seriousness.

oldIceTube did not "freeban" you. We were ordered to ban you on sight and oldIceTube happened to do that first. What you typically do on the server is PM and bother the Moderators, better yet, provoke them.
I would not unban you until you outgrow that behaviour.

Now I can see that the game allows me to join ,, and again OLD says : I didnt unbann you.. but i am asking myself ": WHY CAN I JOIN?" // I consider this abuse ,, and i am not bann evader as he will report me to the heads .

And as you can see are you banned in this Moment until the Admins will decide what will happen with you.
Did you try to join with your Usgn ?
I sure this will not be possible.

I agree with every other moderator that has a negative point about your behavior. When I was a mod you were extremely annoying and provocative, constantly calling kid nb etc like a spoiled little brat. Playing the victim role won't do you any good, that type of chatter won't too. Just because you're fancy talking and complaining about "OH I GOT ABUSED  " while playing the victim role, doesn't mean we'll actually believe in that, so in conclusion. Provocative, annoying and now, manipulative. |

You and oldtube abuse that's why u both have been demoted many times , but the owner still regard both of you as staff , which In my opinion is disgusting. Having you as staff is like dying everyday. I do not admire your extemporaneous behaviour , using big words won;t make you another person , so stop comment , and also saying : I am manipulating the staff. First of all , i did not unbann myself , i could join because someone unbanned me . And yes, i could use my usgn too , that means i am not a banevader , if i were i could not use my usgn.
Secondly , i have never ad libed the victim role as you mentioned in your pitiyful comment . I have never abused as you did or others . If the administrator consider i should be banned for nothing ( Calling you kids is not a flaming or racism affirmation , maybe i overused that , and it became annoying , but you can still mute me , so use ur power , do not bann me for childish behaviour, bann hackers and abusers )
And one of your abuses was applied on me : So you free muted me for one day , you should never be a mod again . Administrators should look at the proof from below.

How come getting demoted for abuse has anything to do with you being disrespectful, provocative and annoying towards the staff? That's right, it doesn't.
Here's a person that cannot handle criticism so it begs the other to stfu about his opinion, to bad I am not planning on doing so.
You're clearly taking the victim role when your actions justified the punishment and attempting to persuade us that this is oldicetube's fault.

Oh boy this is where it gets good.
First of, provoking, annoying and/or calling names to the staff is the definition of verbal abuse or harassment, so you're already wrong here.
Secondly, yes we did use our powers to mute you but guess what, you didn't learn your lesson.
We muted and punished you countless times but hey, patience ran out and someone decided that you needed a heavier punishment due to your actions. They decided well.
Jesus Christ I muted you for a day and then unmuted you and apologized for my mistake, I'm such a monster, I hope your feelings remain intact and unshattered.
Muting you was a mistake, I apologized for it in a private message and you gave out the impression that you accepted it, turns out you were just expecting an opportunity to bring this up, sad behavior if you ask me.
