Hello, i think you dont release the RANK you are asking for right?, you only have 23 hours of playing in jail and you are asking for Smod?
im gonna list some things you are missing.
-You dont have playtime or experience to be asking for Smod
-You probably havent touched F1 since you joined server
-No one Knows Your Behavior
-You are asking for smod on 2 servers, which in any one you dont have enough playtime.
-Your apply lacks of information.

You need to improve your English a lot. Just due to the fact you need plenty of hours to understand how you open a forum thread and even how you visit the forum shows me that you do not have the ability to be a moderator.
