No. You didn't even write anything promising that you'll change your unpleasant behaviour. You kept annoying me and the other moderators here by changing your name or by even PMs. Not to mention, you listed your own faults which are major rule breaks. You've been here for rather an acceptable duration of time to comprehend the rules, but still, you proceed to break them with intention.
