Im curious,are CTs allowed to kill without warning TTs who enter ct base coz in TT rules it says DO NOT ENTER THEIR BASE?

I think, the cts are allowed to kill TTs if they are in ct base without warning.
And something about boat and map room. If I warn TTs to not enter in boat area and map area, its allowed or not?
