but i have a problem everytime i paint a spray on Jail
and the spray appears in low quality
any solution?

Only person who can fix that is you,its not server bug
I presume you customized spray logo ,make sure to set spray logo picture like this :
Set "Width" to "32"
Set "Height" to "32"

My sprays look exactly the same for me in Jail and Doghouse. Could you post screenshots?
