4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? : nope 5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? If yes, where? : No (everything have first experience) 6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? : its like an achievement for me you know i need to be at higher ranks and lvl (like everyone else) and i like to punish players that break the rules like they insult other players , troll , freekilling ... sometimes i got alot of freekills so i leave the server to calm down and i back but i dont find anyplayers cus they leave for same reason. so maybe ill be helpful for -[IFwsI]-jail as a mod or higher rank

You can't be MOD for obvious reasons.
I'll be neutral for JMOD.
I've seen you active in server but,I remember, I punished you for behaviour.

If you don't have a good english or minimal communication skills, you can't be JMOD/MOD/SMOD.
So, improve your english.
I have 14 years old and my english is better than your english.
Apply later for JMOD ( 2-3 weeks).
+ You aren't 18 years old because a guy with 18 years can't have this application.

Age ≠ Maturity (Definition of ≠ > Not Equivalent) Same applies to English skills, just take avasyyy as an example, he's 14 and his English is better than some of our staff members that are mostly 15+ years old. Your English is understandable but for tough situations which require a lot of conversation or discussion with the player you'd definitely fail redundantly. I suggest that you improve your language skills, maybe learn a few words or study harder in your English class (assuming that you're still a student and that you have an English class) Furthermore I haven't seen you in discord or forum but since my activity has significantly dropped I can't really evaluate you through that. So my only complaint is your English, I haven't seen your behavior but considering NoTy's statement, you behaved bad. Negative, improve your English and behavior.
