Hello, welcome back to Fws and cs2d! As you may have heard already, we have an apply format which is required for your application (it's mandatory)but since your apply is relatively short and not correct I will give a Negative.

You've just returned to the community and to cs2d, you can't expect us to trust you so easily thus part of us weren't even a Moderator when you were hence why my point.
