I agree with you. You don't have to abuse the rule making up own definitions about it. Example: The ct spawn is not the whole map. At this map it's only a small place closed & protected against spawnkills.
There were buildings and the rest of your teanmates before your "SPAWN ZONE". And they were trying to kill us, because they were protecting the flag. And we were trying to kill them because we were trying to get the flag. We werent in your spawn.

Using your logic and without common sense:
- If I camp at t spawn at dust2, and I starting to kill cts with awp. They can't kill me cause I'm at spawn. If they kill me, it's spawnkill.
From now, I want to see you apply that same logic when you are moderating. I know you started to complain cause you were dying, but you need to be coherent, and I know you aren't.

I'm sorry for being repetitive, but it's the only way some people understand.

Spawnkill isnt allowed in SuperHero server as well. But what spawnkill means in super hero server without ruining the gameplay?. Killing a player at spawn with m4 is spawnkill in FWS Super Hero? No, It isn't. 
Same in cons. If I make a random shoot with awp to  your base and I kill you. Blame yourself. It's construction, protect your base with builds. The difference between me and you is that I apply the same rules always. If someone is killing me, I'll accept that. I dont rage. 

I already played in construction a lot against another admin of fws. He already complained because I was the biggest camper ever, but he never complained about "Spawnkill". Why? Easy answer. He understand the rules and he is a smart person.

If you were right, why you are lying? First, I didnt give u the chance to move? I wasn't near ur spawn, I was near ur flag. You had a lot of possible movements. 
When I get the flag, I won.

So, 1 minute 15 seconds between the 2 logs. How I take the flag, have fun spawnkilling you and then win in less than 1 minute 15 seconds. Perhaps I used speedhack to win the round.

I didnt throw nades cause I dint build supplys. I only was using sg to destroy ur buids. You used nades.

The fact that you lied and raged because someone killed you, shows your normal behavior. You acted like this in the past, and now, even if you try to hide it, you can not. And yes, don't worry about it. A Player that I reported agrees with you. It isnt because he thinks you are right, it because he is mad at me. He already insulted me in others servers. So, dont worry, be happy.

To be honest, I can't tolerate the hypocrisy and the idiocy. I was 500 meters away from ct spawn and I never tried to go to the spawn to kill you. This map have spawnkill protection and there is no an easy way to spawnkill. There are ways to spawnkill, but we didn't. My teanmate killed you 2 times with awp when you were attacking me. He shooted there because he saw that u were throwing grenades. The first time you acussed him of hacks and then of spawnkill. And he wasnt hacking or spawnkilling (see the image, that isnt spawnkill). Thinks about thath, perhaps you acussed him because you were angry. But after all, you were wrong.
Why are you using the definition of spawnkill but not the definition of spawn point."A location on a game map in which a player, bot or item spawns." I already showed the spawn points in mudmad. I'll repeat this, mudmad have a spawn zone protected, so it very hard to spawn kill. And we were outside the ct base, HOW WE SPAWNKILLED?. Instead of reporting me, you must report your ignorance. Also, you aren't a mod in construction so you shouldn't act like one.

Yank knows how I moderate the construction server, and he knows than when my enemys cant kill me (as you did yesterday), they rage.. You are free to create a post full of crap and lies, but after all you just raged because we killed you easy. That what the easy construction round I played in my life. 3 cts vs 2 t (1 t without mouse). I was playing while cooking "Pollo a la mostaza" ja!. Cts camping in ct base with builds. But you still losing.  Is it my fault or is it your fault?

Woah! Having FUN in a video game?! This is some serious accusation there buddy, you got any proof to back that up?
I think this is caused by some gamerage. Glix, stop being so hotheaded and short-fused. Don't put your position in this community at risk. Cause I know you CAN be a great moderator.

Spawnkilling is when you kill someone as soon as they spawn, therefore not letting them to play or fight back. Please don't let your emotions, anger and the wish to get back at the person that made you mad get you to abuse your moderating powers, this is for all the mods.

ofc it is, you're not giving us your side and i have nothing to do but take everything Martin over here posted as granted. But I don't think this needs to go further since it's neither a serious offense nor did anyone got hurt. But I hope you now know what spawnkilling really is, won't pretend to be a mod in servers where you are not one and let your anger get to you.

You are making a big thing out of this. You are basically telling people "this guy claims I did something wrong, but I didn't, right guys? right?" by creating this topic. Also, I apologized for my mistakes but you became more cocky. Theres no need to teach me, I also have years of experience in moderating behind me. We both have different history behind us, both had different type of experience in this game. My experiences led me to believe that your team did in fact spawn kill me but you in other hand believe otherwise.
