4.) Do I have minimal communication skills? Yes i have minimal communication skills  i speak which polish and english
5.) Do I have any past experiences about moderating in CS2D? No
6.) Why I think that I am good enough for this position? I like helping others.I want punish freekillers,cheaters and rule breakers.

Your application is lacking A LOT of information, your English seems...below average and I wouldn't trust you a mod position for anything in this world (just because I saw how you act and I simply don't trust you enough to handle Jail, it's just too much for you). Negative. I'd advice you to, uh...perhaps moderate a Minecraft server as a start? Also, use the correct application format (you're missing some questions) In-Game Name(s)

We want as you to have a good english and a good behavoir in forum/server.

I have to agreed with siN and the others. Your english isn't that good, you had no previous moderating experiences, so.. I don't know if you'd be a fit moderator.
