There haven't been major flaws that could get you rejected straight away, but you mentioned the fact that there are plenty of rule-breakers and yet you haven't reported anyone, no interaction with the moderation team on Discord and you haven't really let us know how you handle things, so you really do have to change this to increase your chances.

i tried to report but mods takes too long to respond and at that time rule breakers leave the game so thats why i dont report

Yes... at least a minimum of information so that we can study the thing when we're not connected to the servers. Ping a moderator(s) and tell them there are freekillers without more information, when we're not available, we can't help. |

There's a: USGN/STEAM/Logs (We can detect them by behavior/ in-game name. I really don't believe everyone doesn't have any kind of name and is logged off everywhere, so be more careful next time.
