First, you didn't posted the exact total gameplay of yourselves, and that is a con.
Plus, I don't think you got any solid gameplay experience. If you did please, let us know. Your USGN seems kinda new.

Also i say some mod or admin questions him in certain scenarios that might occur to him and what he should do if he was a mod yeah somethin like that

I've been playing on Casual in the last days and I haven't seen you on the server nor reporting any rule-breaker. You're way too young and also not experienced enough to become even a Junior Moderator on the casual server. You should play CS2D a lot more and get to know every relevant thing about it and then apply for moderator again. You're not ready yet.
