If you're banned then read this first before making an unban application!
To thoroughly investigate your unban we need information, you can not come in and just ask for an unban. This is the application format you are required to follow:
Remove the brackets!
IMPORTANT: Send your IP address with a link to your unban thread via PM to Mami Tomoe , don't post it on your thread.
If you fail to follow this format, then we won't investigate it either.
Example:
In-game name: DirtLicker
Logs/Screenshots to support your ban: <IMAGINE PICTURES HERE>
What happened that got you banned: I hacked
When you got banned: 01/01/2000 (dd/mm/yyyy)
