Everytime a player dies, they get their gut and instead of reviving him, they revive someone random (doesn't really happen but 85% it happens) so I suggest you can only revive the player that dropped the gut
Pro(s):The killed player will be more happy because he will be revived if he will die with gut Con(s):Players will not be able to revive their friends or random people and instead the specified player's name

It's a terrible idea due to a couple reasons:
As I previously said, tracking an item in CS2D is difficult, so knowing which gut belongs to which player would be too much of a hassle. That means: It's not worth it unless it's a great 10/10 idea.
But, it isn't. It will not only confuse new players (who already don't know how to use it), but it will also make players less likely to revive if they don't want to revive said person (for example, a noob).
And then, what if you don't know who the gut bomb belongs to? Would you just try every possible ID until it works? (This can be fixed by automating the revival machine (removing the ID counter), but that's even more of a hassle.)
This has yet to be rejected, but I doubt it will pass.
