Hello, May the locker gets nerfed, Simply After taking an item(Wrench as an example) from the locker, You can't put the Wrench back. Because some of the terrorists are storing a wrench, They take it at the start of the round, then they build a Dispenser & supply after that they return it to the locker.
I've done this before, You simply take a Minigun or Snowball gun, then you wait inside the kitchen or that lab room waiting for cts, kill 3-4 cts(Mostly noobs), then put the minigun back and the loot(ct items) has been taken by other tts. and this make the game harder for cts.
You may be thinking about teleporting there before the owner gets in, But Most of the terrorists know the password so that's useless.

Your suggestion is unclear. What does it mean to "disable storing an item after taking it out of the locker"?

The same exact item? The same item type? Any item?

Is this what you mean:
You put a minigun in the locker, next round you took it out to kill some CTs, but you no longer can put that certain item (minigun) back in the same round, but you can put any other item except for the minigun?

CS2D assigns items with item type ID and item ID.
The former is used to differentiate between items; I.e. 1 being USP, 45 being Laser and so on. The latter is used to differentiate items of the same item type ID; I.e. two dropped Glocks on the floor would have a different item ID but the same item type ID.
Using the latter, as you said, would request a lot of tedious work and doesn't seem like it's worth the effort. If this does get accepted, I would do it for the former example.

Well, It's not like you have 2 snowball guns. So Yeah, Using the former's a lot easier. I thought the "latter" is not hard.

A final decision should be made until the 19th of September.
Currently it doesn't seem too likely to pass.
