I've never saw you In-Game for the moment, so I cannot judge you for the In-Game part. About your application, you could give us more informations about you or like the question "Why are you applying for this position?" which contains not much informations, you can try to show us more ambition that you wants to be a part of our staff team.

I want to be mod cus freekilling is not cool for Terrorists. And apart from that I want to be a mod cus i want to help players who struggle in the server with like the rules or something like that.
