Hey there, you all probably know what is this going to be about. I want to ask all players to vote in this poll and then mods and admins to ALSO (with the vote in poll) write a post (since mods are an authority that already enforces the rule it would be better to separate their votes from others).
The main concern is if T can lead the way to heal or if CT has right to choose where and when the T gets to heal (when there is a good reason for delaying it like some other threats or emergencies).
If required I can add some scenarios for comprehension.
EDIT: I just realized I chose bad wording for the questions, I didn't describe the situation properly so just in case to avoid confusion: CT is with T and gave orders to T, then T asked for HP. It's not like T was going around on his own.

Well.
There are some situations when a TT ask for HP.
1. NPC area. He maybe got freeshoted by a Counter-Terrorist and he ask for hp. You have to go in hospital or another place.
2. ARENA. Many Terrorist are asking for hp before they must enter in arena room. Accept his "words" and go heal him.
3. Chaos. When many terrorists are near emmm arena and there are 2 innocent terrorists. You accidentaly freeshoted them both. And if they ask for hp let them go to the hospital or cafteria.
4. Teleport machine. If you warned 2 TTs to enter there and they have low hp let them heal and go back. While you are in teleport machine and their hp is 40 go out and let them heal and repeat till you can get what you planned.
If outside are CTs that can help you with that, ask them.
5. WHEN A TT ASK FOR HP LET HIM HEAL!

If we were to permit Ts to run off to healing right after they ask for it, that would only be stroking their advantages. Anyone who ever has experienced this knows how chaotic scenarios could become. In the end, continuing this type of gameplay results in more freekills and questioning. Ts should, maybe, wait for some sort of consent from CTs before they get going. Also, many players are exploiting the - You are not allowed to forbid terrorists from healing! - rule, which is another reason why it must be changed.
On the note of the recent report, Moderators should especially not act w/ vague cases that are yet to be clarified.
This is not about the rules, I think, but common sense per se.

When you're asking, it obviously requires "a reaction" from the person whom you're asking. So wait for their response.
You can feel free to run off, get shot, die then PM mods about getting freekilled or just ask for HP and let the CT allow/take you there since they're supposed to allow you as per rules.
This game play isn't as complicated as most of you make it to be.

Well asking for HP naturally results in informing CTs that you have low HP. I chose word "asking" possibly because I am supporting the 2nd answer, my mistake. Neutral word would be in place.

Same case, dude. You tell them you need hp and they take you to hp. Suddenly running off is, as Ploggy put it, giving them advantage to shoot you.
However, most of the time, I've usually seen them run behind you spamming the "Halt" but you can't expect all of them do be that generous. O.o

This is stupid. If this gets trough I want you to choose only to be ct and suffer the consequences. You want all the T to say "Oh guys I am low on HP... :c" then they could run off to anywhere to the
suprise of the ct guy who can't do anything to stop them from getting a weapon and kill that poor ct? This is not even up for debate. T is already OP everyone chooses dat. If you take away our power to deny or escort them to a healing location I swear I will never play again.
It's already hideous because they doesn't wait for you to escort them so you can chase them around the hole map. 1 more thing sometimes I have to watch 2 terrorist or even more, what will happen if this pass? lol

Thank you for your votes and even more for your contributions to this topic. I created it to demonstrate how is this rule currently understood, because apparently some players and staff - even the admin Elfing have hard time comprehending it. You can check topic Report - Tabo if this confused you.
I will leave the poll open although I doubt the result can change.

why T when he ask for hp then he go to another place like this place under bed (cell 7) then he take a weapon or escape by elevator, when i ask T to go to scan then he tells me to get hp then he escape from me by elevator they must wait my reactive or my orders about getting hp or something like that

youre making a big deal to have more advantages, its not the t fault if you opened fire on him or he got hit, he needs hp, he gets hp, but if u didnt tell him where to take hp he can go where ever the fuck he wants, were good as what it is. no body told you to shoot him, and also if he starts running like what you have said, thats why we have "halt!" on our Ex2 menu. edit: kingshadow if you ordered a t to go scan before he asks for hp, then he must follow you, if he said he needs hp before u ask him to scan, then he can have health before getting scanned. |

Lelu if you are reacting to the report do it there and I will gladly prove you wrong. Also for whatever reason you guys assumed I have any authority to change a s***. I don't, this poll was created, as I previously stated, to see how is the mentioned rule understood and enforced. I never said it's meant to change rules, that's what you people assumed.
