Below will be posted special rules that are not documented on the server's F1 menu. The reason being is that they're too infrequent, or not as important as the rules that are documented in the F1 menu.
Each rule has its own ID, and is contained within a post, this is so you can easily refer to it from anywhere.

1. Attempting to go up against CTs in any way counts as a Kill-Attempt, therefore CTs are allowed to kill you without further warning (e.g.: Cuff attempt; Flashing CTs; Protecting wanted Ts with a shield from CTs' bullets; Destroying CTs' Flares also known as Dual Turrets, or simple turrets built with wrench.
2. There are few camping situations people are aware of, but do not know how to handle them and are considered camping in their opinion, so:
A. Grim Reaper Event: Only those who are targeted by the Grim Reaper are allowed to hide for the entire round in order to survive, they are excluded from the roleplay and totally allowed to fight for their own life (Made in case someone has really good items, armor, etc.) B. Construction Day Event: You're allowed to build until the end of the round, you're not supposed to plant the bomb or kill all CTs if you don't want to, you can only stick to building a fortress for the entire round and it will not be considered camping. However, if you stare at walls or build something once every 3 minutes, then the staff members will warn you for camping, so as long as you're actively building stuff and going through different rooms, then it's totally fine. C. Gas Leak: CTs should prevent Ts from destroying the 3 generators which lead to a Gas Leak on the entire map if they're destroyed. However, if you're too late, then you must fight for your own life, you can camp near medkits, use guts, use dispenser to stay alive the most and win that way, you're not supposed to hunt Ts down unless you to.
3. Forgiving Terrorists is not allowed and you will be punished with a Staff-Kill in case you won't kill that Terrorist. If you warned him properly and he didn't obey you, then you must kill him on sight. If you saw him in a restricted area and he's not armed at all, then it doesn't matter, you must kill him on sight or right away. In case of confusion where you might think that you warned him properly, but something seems off, then !PM a moderator on the server in case there's one and inform them that you'll remake the whole roleplay scene, so the whole confusion goes away. However, we know what a clear case is, so don't try to fool any staff member otherwise you'll be Staff-Killed right away.
4. Off-Screen Warning (Outside of sight warning): You must make sure that the Terrorist you're warning is 100% in your sight and he sees you properly. You must be 100% in Ts' sight for the first warning 'cause this is the moment you claim "ownership" over him, but when it comes to the last warning, he knows that you claim ownership over him, so as we know, we have 2 seconds of reaction time now, if he was 1 second in your sight and then on second 2 he went out of sewers or similar, if he doesn't do what you warned him, then you're allowed to kill him. There are many cases, where he gets out last second and says "Last Warning out of my sight xd", but since you claim ownership over him, then it's clear that he was the one who received that warning, so he must obey your given warning otherwise CTs can kill him. Common sense is used here to avoid stupid cases where Ts play dumb.
5. CTs are fully allowed to prevent you from breaking/shooting/hitting something, so the following used warnings are allowed: Break Cuffs = Dead; Break Walls = Dead; etc.
6. Mobs Arena: CTs are fully allowed to prevent Ts from healing ONLY while they're already inside and fighting, we have difficulties for it, so it wouldn't make sense to ask for health every 10s. CTs aren't allowed to prevent Ts from healing before going inside or after finishing all rounds.
7. CTs aren't allowed to build barbed wires or gate fields in public places, especially nearby healing points. You're allowed to start building as soon as you're in danger though.
8. Ts seen through the Map Room entering Restricted Areas or Psychopath's room aren't allowed to be killed. The Psychopath cannot be killed even if CTs see clearly that he's the one who opened the door. The Psychopath must deal damage to someone and then he can killed without further warning, but make sure to kill the right person.
9. Things CTs are/aren't supposed to do:
A. CTs are supposed to defuse the bomb once it gets planted. B. CTs are supposed to open Ts' doors by the time it hits 11:00 C. CTs are supposed to roleplay properly throughout most rooms, abusing Arena/Mobs Arena for more than 3 times in a row will result in a Staff-Kill. IMPORTANT: The limit of roleplaying per room is 3 minutes, so once 3 minutes have passed, you're supposed to move on to the next room, spending more than 3 minutes in a room is forbidden and may result in a Staff-Kill. However, you can only make use of that room once per round, and also, if there are more than 1 players in the room, there'll be added +1 minute, so 4 in total, this is the only exception though. D. CTs must make sure that most sectors are clear and there aren't weapons that might put them or their teammates in danger. Leaving items on the floor ain't recommended and could be considered Helping The Enemy in some cases. E. CTs are supposed to make sure that their warnings are easily and clearly seen by the Ts to avoid any confusion. F. CTs are supposed to close any door that may lead to dangerous situations (Restricted Areas). G. CTs are supposed to keep safety distance from Ts and avoid getting killed by machete or any close range items, Cuffs are a great counter for this, so make sure Ts go through the Scan Room and then they get cuffed, so the danger is reduced by a lot. H. CTs aren't supposed to break their teammates' flares unless the danger is gone and it may lead to an accidental Free-Kill. I. CTs aren't supposed to waste the items received on the CT side, that counts as griefing and may lead to a Staff-Kill. J. CTs aren't supposed to be anyone's hostage, so if you open any ONLY CT Door for Ts, that counts as Helping the Enemy and results in a Staff-Kill.
10. Users aren't allowed to switch from T side to CT side or vice versa at the beginning of the round or during the round, thus making the teams unbalanced. If there are +2 players on a team compared to the other one after you joined, then that's an unbalance, and you'll be moved back to the team you belong. You're supposed to play once you joined a team, so don't make an unbalance.
11. If someone has really good items, and there's nobody stopping them, then Kick Attempts or Changing Map Attempts will result in a temporarily ban.
12. If a Terrorist has thrown a flare during a round, then that makes him wanted even though he hasn't damaged anyone, (that applies to turrets built with the wrench as well) and he dies, then if he gets revived in the same around, he has 2 options: - He must announce all CTs that there's a turret in X Place ASAP, so CTs can destroy it fairly quick and be aware of the fact that there's danger, the moderators will remove it as well in case there's any -> Becomes innocent Option - Do not say anything at all, play as if nothing happened -> If CTs get any damage from the turret or is placed in a place where they were about to get damage, but dodged it, then that T becomes wanted again.
13. If two or more people spawn at the same time in VIP room and they're on a different team, then it's a direct fight between them where warnings don't have to be given, you can kill each other as soon as you spawn in there. However, if only a T has the room and you spot him inside, then you're not allowed to kill him without warnings. The first sentence is the only exception.
14. You're not allowed to kill yourself or leave the game when someone is just about to kill you, or someone has done a certain action (Got S.O.S.; Got Tesla Coil; Got Medic Armor; etc.). You must finish the round and the battle normally. Try to get the best out of the situation and the outcome doesn't matter.
15. Mine/Laser Mines Rules:
A. If you plant a mine/laser mine in front of CTs, or nearby them while they're approaching, then that counts as a Kill Attempt. B. If you plant a mine underneath you and stand still on it, then if the CTs haven't seen it and step on it, they're allowed to kill you since that counts as a Kill Attempt. C. If you plant a mine underneath you in the presence of a CT, and he steps on it on purpose and kills you, then that's a Free-Kill (e.g.: Planting a mine in Cell 2 underneath you in their presence) D. If a CT has warned you, and you plant a mine on a 1 tile path, thus not leaving any space for the CT to approach you, then that counts as "Going up against a CT" and they're allowed to kill you without further warning. E. If you're 1v1 on the server, and you planted the mine under a camera and CT steps on it, therefore dealing damage on him, CT is not allowed to kill Ts for that.
16. Locker Room: - You're not allowed to lock in a certain item and then switch to the other team and use it to make your job easier on that side (e.g.: Going from CT to T after you've locked in an FN2000 and then kill CTs with it) - If you change teams after one of your teammates locked in an item that can kill anyone easily and you use it, then you won't be punished. We take into consideration the one who locked in the item not "the one who owns the locker (has the code)", so if you locked in a strong item and then switch sides to kill everyone, then you'll be Staff-Killed for that, but if one of your teammates locked in an item and both of you knew the code and then you switch sides and use the item to kill everyone, then you won't be Staff-Killed for that. - If one or both of you keep feeding each other items despite being on different sides, but both knowing the code, then you'll be Staff-Killed.
