Since doghouse maps are small, and very fast paced (especially my one), I suggest the round time be lowered from 5 minutes to 2 minutes. The round always ends with either team being killed, the bomb exploding or being defused, but almost never by the timer reaching 0, and counter-terrorists winning by defending the bomb spots.

I don't know, I never saw anyone run from the enemy or camp where he can't reach. If someone is still in the spawn in some seconds he will die due to inactivity, and if he moves to be toxic he will die because the zone will damage you if you don't go. Also, I believe It would be annoying for the round to end while you were trying to kill the enemies. Maybe It's just my opinion but I think 5 minutes is better.

IMO no less than 3 and a half minutes. I would recommend it to scale with the number of players as well.
1 to 5 players - 1 min 6 to 10 players - 3 min 11 to 20 players - 5 min 20 to 32 players - 7 min
ETC

On my map, however, the env_hurt starts after only 15 seconds, so this system would have to be map specific in order to work correctly. Anything above 3 minutes, no matter how many players, is too much for a doghouse server imo.
