In the Rules, after the Anti-Terrorists have made the last warning, the terrorists can be killed if they don't follow the order.

I'm training 4 new mods right now and I have seen something in them that it's not in you.
You have an aggressive attitude. You also put yourself on a spot you can't even touch in months.
I have even see you alone on the server trying to get players, I think we all appreciate that. Be sure that I take notes about every good thing you do for us, but there's also the flaws list.
You're not ready yet. You should fix some flaws before applying again.

What you just did is an act of maturity. Not many admit their mistakes this way. You just made your flaws public in a staff application and you weren't afraid to do it. Four new moderators have been added, there will be a time when we have to limit our staff list. You're currently improving and I can tell that these four new mods hear your whispers.
You didn't have time to prove yourself, there's still time to do so, and we're all waiting for that to happen.
