Unban Application

Terminator look, maybe we exxagerated, but you shouldn't act like that, even you admitted that you've massive free-killed months ago.
At one moment, everybody has a moment of anger and you decided to unleash the evil from you on our server.
I'm trying to see the situation from your point of view, yes, even I told them you haven't broke any rule recently, but man, your attitude is horrible.
You shouldn't evade your ban in order to increase your chances of being unbanned.
You should've answered Elfing's questions with calm, I don't know what you solve by making fun of his pfp and say if you had the chance to kill him you would definitely do that, what's wrong with you? This is only a game man, YOU grow up, we tried to be nice to you, but seems like you haven't realized it yet.

This drifted a bit away from it's main topic. I guess Everything relevant to the case is already presented. You also showed us your attitude quite well.

Locked till an admin take a verdict over the case. Don't make any other threads about it, just have patience.

Back in 2014, I was playing with Metaknight (an old FWS admin) in REWARDS construction server. The owner, Vain, joined the enemy team. I killed him many times. He started to abuse explosions and destroy our super supply untill a last kill. He was not at my screen but he shooted at me, so I knew he was there 'cause he was shooting, so I aimed my awp at that place and killed him. I can't lie. It was obvious. I was going to be banned. And he banned me. The reason was radar hack.. I went to the forum, and I saw many unban applications, and many of them of well known players for the same reason ([lone] punisher as example, if my memory doesn't fail). He told everyone that I was using hacks. He was 100% sure I was a hacker, but he was wrong. As a person, I don't like people who difamate me. He was free to ban me because it was his server, but not to spreading lies about me. I was very angry, as u are angry now. As I said, an apply for unban was going to be useless. The owner believed that I was a hacker. It was very unfair. I was going to make a post, as u did, insulting every staff in that community, but I didn't. I move on.

But, wait... why I'm telling this story?

I started to administrate Yank servers (ares) and moderate FWS svs (I was an accepted vip before and I helped Meta to caught hackers, but never as a mod). My main goal was to detect rulebreakers and punish them, but not punish innocents. I didn't want players to feel like I felt that time. Sometimes, I was sure a player was using hack, but I still spectated him for long time before banning for not punishing an innocent.

I know everyone commits mistakes, players and moderators. So I believe in second chances, but the player is the one who needs to understand what he did wrong and change it. I see unban aplications as a chance to the player to prove something. I didn't have the chance to make an apply for unban when I was unfairly banned that time. In fws, you have the oportunity. It doesn't matter who banned you, if you act as a fair and decent human being, your application is going to be accepted . I started reading this forum in 2011, since then I barely read a decent apply for unban. There is always the same shit: "My brother used hack in my account"; "I was banned 1000 years ago, I don't remember"... There are few honest players who admit their crap. You, partially admitted it, I have to admit. When I banned you, I asked you, as I do with every player I ban, to apply for unban in forum. In my head, the perfect apply appeared:

Today I was banned for evading my ban. My usgn was banned 8 months ago for massive freekiller. I though, wrongly, that I was allowed to play without usgn, but the moderator told me I was evading. I understand that and I apologize for my ignorance. Saying this, I want to tell us that I changed. I started to follow the rules, so I want a second oportunity to prove myself. I know I acted idiotic in the past, but let me prove that I can respect your servers. I love the jail gamemode and is the only server I play.

But no, I get this mess.  I don't know if you can't understand what ban evading means.  Your lack of pacience and your childish behavior prove me right. Some days ago , Elfing told us the moderator to check a player named "Terminator", because he told him that he was banned. Being honest, I didnt checked in my logs/reports if you were banned. There are not much players in cs2d so I'm being more flexible that I was. I wanted to find you in server. And I did, you respected the rules as first, but the more I spectated you, the more your real personality come out. This last day, one of our moderators (gamer or something) punished you for a freekill. You started to argue with him about an unfair punish but in bad terms. I was spectating everything. Then, I asked you if your usgn was banned, and if this was the case, what was your usgn. You told me your usgn name. I searched it on usgn.de and I found your profile picture. Hard to don't remember it. One of the most annoying (biggest rulebreakers) players I saw the last time in jail. So I searched your usgn in discord "permanently banned players" and in f3>unban, and I found that you were banned for massive freekiller. I can't ignore that. If you read the rules, it said that moderators have to do their job and punish rulebreakers. And you are one rulebreaker.

As last, I want to explain you what ban evading means. When you are banned, you are banned from the server, not only your usgn. You are not allowed to play the server despite being allowed to connect to it without usgn. You, as a player, are forbidden to play the server until an admin decide otherwise. I don't know why it's hard to understand it. It's so simple.

Dude, you just had to make an appropiate apply and, probably, at this hour, your usgn and ip were going to be unbanned. Far of this, you decided to post one of the most ridicolous post of this forum.

The main problem is you know your mother tongue, but you lack the common sense to understand it. You are like a bot. Phrases like hello and welcome, probably are easy to you understand. Imagine, I was never punished in FWS servers and I played a lot in those servers. Why? Despite my english being bad, I have the hability to understand basic rules. You, as an english speaker, should be asshamed. You are not capable to understand rules in your language. Shame! You already prove who is the person with lack fire in his own life. Surprise, it's you.

I'm going to give you only one advice, read everything you wrote and see if you're happy with that. If you are wise, as you say, surely you will not be.
