After further deliberation, we have made the decision that Flavius is to be demoted for the foreseeable future in the light of every mistake he has made in his trial month. You have shown time and time again that you are abusive with your power and too trigger happy with your punishments. This report is only a tiny bit of it and was NOT what made us push this decision. We have been noticing a pattern in your behaviour since the day you were accepted where you look for any passable -mostly unpassable- excuse to use your powers on the players despite multiple warnings from me and the other moderators.
This is by no means an attack on you as a person and we believe you always had FWS's best interest at heart but it means that your way of handling moderation is not applicable to our expectations. We thank you for everything you have done for us.

I hope i helped enough during my month of trial,i'm sorry if i didn't interpetrate any instructions on moderating good.
I saw i was way too much much strict on this,thanks for making me experience moderating again.
I hope i'll be remembered enough positive for this tough this happened.
