Just think about it in real life, an prisoner needs to take a box with ammo and he is cuffed. A Counter-Terrorist gave him this order to not try to remove his cuffs. He couldn't do that because he need his hands for that (to carry the box), this is the same thing, you need your knife to break the box and take health.
Edan should've let him to that and after you could cuff him and move to another place, but you killed him - CT's are not allowed to Forbid TTs from healing.
What I've seen in logs, you actually warned him to not break his cuffs/escape, but think about that exception and let him get health and move on.
edan , what's wrong if I help him?

1st report: All these warns and orders are directed to the same player?. If a Player ignores your warns you are allowed to kill him, you don't need to warn him 45 times. Probably oldicetube checked the last part of the console (your 2nd image) but he didnt read the "follow me" cause this line is written in other color. Clearly a mistake. You applied for moderator, if you think that you are going to don't do mistakes if the admins accept you, you are wrong.

2nd Report: If you report a moderator for a thing that happened time ago, you need to, at least, post the date. Moderators punish lots of players, plays other game, have a life. How do you think a person will remember about a minor situation that happened weeks/months ago in a game. Using your logic I can punish you for a thing that happened time ago and no one remember. I'll post logs and then I'll say that I don't remember when it happens, but I know you are guilty.

In fact, your first report explains why what you did in the second is a freekill.
