it all started when i was playing oldIce doghouse server and i told him its better to decrease number of rounds, and i don't know why he got mad of me ?
and then in the server i killed him and several time and it made him angry again, he became my enemy, he told me not camp (i wasn't even camping), he threated me he will ban me if i do or don't things....
i said something in persian " Kosse ammat oldice "(means, leave me alone oldice) , and he thought i insulted his mother (wtf ?), he thinks its arabic, you told m you asked an arab player and he told you the meaning, you are lier oldice, its not arabic, u banned me for nothing. you know ? its not fking arabic ,its persian and i didn't insulted you'r mother, (or anyone else).
(i don't know how old he is , its not the way an adult person behave). i'm known player in the server (_3yrus, u-u, sock cucker), and its long long time i play jail map and i love it more than any server ever.
finally he banned(temp/ban) me for nothing (he thought i insulted his mom), and 1 day later i was able to enter the server with my usgn(i think my ban period ended), when i was playing he came and banned me again and told me he will perm/ban me if i join again ! wtf ? any mod can do anything he wants ? there is no one(or rule) more powerful than him to control him ? he is clearly bullying me just bcs he can, do u get me ?
i thought i must search for justice here,maybe this would not help bcs he is your friend , or maybe he is good boy, but i don't deserve this, i just wanted to write this, to prevent this to happen to someone else , just bcs i'm just a poor player that no one listen to him.

i did nothing wrong, i didn't insulted anyone, i'm not dat kind of people.
but if you don't want me its ok

the funny point is i just wanted to apply for jmod.

Second thing. Your provoking behavior started yesterday. And my Witness is @newmoderator . After i told you to stop, you keep provoking us/me.
After 2-3 mutes you keep provoking.
then i tbanned you for some time. After some hours you joined the Server again and i told you, that you are a banevader now.
I tbanned you again for one Day. Your time wasnt over while i meet you the second time. I told you again, that if you evade again i will ban you permant.

you banned me for nothing, you know that !! (after 3 or 4 time i killed you in jail server) . and also i was unbanned (i said elfing story for u to stop freebanning me) when i entered the server (as unbanned user) , u just banned me again , i want to play in server, when i did nothing wrong, why should i be forbidden, ofcurs i will rejoin server.
there is something that i have to mention. when i told oldIce dat i would complain about you in froum, he was smiling and telling me "good luck"(it seemed there is nothing a player can do about SMODs), i mean something wrong with your system, dat people like him are as strong as nothing can't fear them :s, you know what i mean ?
and my main question, why did you exactly banned me for mr.oldIce ?
i have to mention that , you also lied dear oldIce , about my insult to your mom, answer that too please (you told me i insulted you'r mom in arabic, it wasn't even arabic). you where just looking for an excuse to punish me. please share whole chat log here, not just a part you like other to see dude, you are just smod ,i hope they don't let you to ignore your bad behavior to a player.

3rus_, you should've accepted oldicetube's ban and you could get unbanned but, you still evaded his ban and that made him to perma ban you.

It seems that you use cs2d as a kind of catharsis, but your childish and provocative behavior is annoying to others. I hate those people who for arguing and being right, only invent a story or adapt it to fit their argument. Yes, I can also write "I am a good person and I was born in Germany", it does not mean that it's true. This has to be proved by the facts, and the facts show that you are not that good "PLAYER" (I can't judge you, in real life).

I honestly do not know what "kosse ammat" means and if it is Arabic, Polish or Persian. The problem is that you knew that oldicetube does not speak your language, and that is why you send pms in unknown languages just to provoke and cause a misunderstanding.

Another thing I do not understand, you were tempbanned for a day on Thursday afternoon (night in Europe), and few hours later you make an application saying that your tempban was already expired. I do not know, maybe you live in Jupiter and your days last 9 hours. If so, I apologize.

Players like you think that as doing 1 freekill or being provocative, are minimal things and moderators can not ban you for that. The problem is that there are some moderators who remember the shit attitudes of some players. It is additive (1 rulebreak + other rulebreak + ......+ n*rulebreak), till a day it reaches a limit. I, for my part, had you on my blacklist since you made a moderator application and accused other mods of freekilling without any proof. And then I discovered you doing freekills. But hey, keep thinking you're right and that you're above the rules.

It looks like oldIceTube has solid points in here, and I wanted to note that ban-evading leads to no chances of unbanning, somehow players should learn that. Maybe the admins could let the players know about it from the F1 .txt file.
