It was me who banned him and the situation deserves an explanation, because I've made a mistake in handling the situation which is a failure in communication on my part. The decision on unbanning anyone is not mine. The reason for why it turned out how it did is that I feel that moderation doesn't include tutoring english in its responsibilities. My perception of his linguistic ability is that it makes it hard for him to comprehend the rules (which is fair, theyre complicated at this point), so my way of accomodating the needs of the playerbase was removing this player indefinitely.
