In my opinion, perma.ban is a resource that should be used rarely. Perma banning somebody for wearing the Fws tag is just, ridicolous.
A temp.ban or a warn would be perfect.

First, I am sorry for multi connection and I would say for you that my name in cs2d is card and i always play with this name so mr pointer is my brother we play from the same pc and he used my usgn so please unban my usgn and i won't let him do that again.
