His English is abhorrent, it looks like a 4-year-old's writing. He doesn't seem mature enough to be labelled as a Moderator, not to mention his application lacks information. In conclusion, I don't think he has the required qualifications to be accepted, hence I'm negative. (I wanted to shitpost a bit, sorry)
