Increasing a few fonts and adding a colorful word here and there won't make your apply be considered as "made with effort"
So, your apply lacks effort, your English skills are below average and when we ask you about your mod experience and if so where, you don't simply say "Yes winky naughty let me do you face" and that's it.
You must tell in which server you had mod exp or so.
So, Negative towards reject.

hes a good guy, knows the rules, u just need to take care of freeshooting, otherwise positive for jmod.

Do you speak English fluently?

And yea that thing with freeshoting. Stop doing that. I punished you for that.
As siN said "So, your apply lacks effort", there are some sentences without useful infos about you.

Hi, by the investment in your application, and the answers you give, I personally don't think you're ready to become one of our moderators. Also, I advise you to take a look at the Forum Rules, especially the following rule: 14. Don't double post, edit your previous post.Stay a little more amogus, work on your English and improve the description of your application, and I think you would have chances to become one of our moderators. Hi Evil i really haven't see you in game once, so i really don't know you
Your Playtime is Really Low for MOD(Thats my opinion) and your apply lacks of information
If i read good, you usually freeshoot, so thats a negative thing to your apply
If you play more on server, and you have a good behavior, i guess you could be ready for Jmod
