because freekillers disperate me,you know, that guys if u have a gun in hand kill you without any orders or warnings and i hate hackers what kill me, its not just,
i want to help new ppl as well

I doubt we can trust you as a moderator, you have no previous experience as a moderator and you claim to play CS2D in 2014, that says something about you.
Do you even have VIP? If you don't, get it first, otherwise good for you.
Should I even say you only posted an application? You didn't even introduce yourself.
Your English is pretty poor but I believe you can understand simple things.

Well I've seen you active (since I'm almost 24 hours a day on the server) but sometimes I've seen you insult, or do freevoting even if you're active I do not think you're even united to discord

Blackwolf, you shouldn't tell people they are wrong because that makes you look stubborn then not many people will like you. You should just tell them "thanks for voting" or "thanks for sharing your opinion". Just a tip from me.
My vote is Neutral.
Reasons:
