Even if applications were open, the chances of you being accepted would be extremely slim given the lack of quality of your "application" and the fact that you are really new to this community.

Man, maybe my apllication is "low quality" - okay, but im not new on this community, i was MOD on superhero when this forum have green/gray layout (old times) and many moderators know me so im not 'new guy'.
I know, Bonzo, Brainless, Unknown and others FWSL mods/players.
