His playtime is low on some servers and I don't see why would he need to be a Mod in those servers but it won't hurt if he's doing his job well already. I've been playing different games with him recently and there aren't any behavioral flaws other than trash-talking which isn't very special in the gaming community. However, I have no idea of how well can he moderate or his knowledge of the rules in CS2D but from the time I've spent with him, I can safely say that he's a trustworthy player.
